• 動画用の個人的な改造は可です。
  同一キャラクターの範囲内でお願いします。（※別キャラにはしないで下さい）
• このモデルのパーツ流用や改造禁止モデルからのパーツ移植、MMD以外の媒体への無断データ移植は不可とします。
  


• 改造モデルの無断配布は禁止します ※配布したい場合は事前に管理人にご相談下さい。


• 非営利での全年齢・全性別対象作品に限り利用可能です。
  （性的・暴力的・グロ・差別的内容を含む作品はネット上に公開しないで下さい）


• 他社ボカロCVシリーズ(Miku/Rin/Luka)との恋愛表現(性的な暗喩を含む)を動画や静画で公開する行為は御遠慮願います。
  （複数で踊る等の使用は問題ありません）
